From the moment I got the helicopter I knew it would be hard to fly. No doubt about it you hear a lot of people complaining before hand that its hard to fly. Well I took my helicopter out the 1st time with my family into the back yard on a quiet/windless afternoon. We tried it for about 20 minutes and it worked really well. Yeah it takes some getting used to but you have to be patient and relax. Even my 4 year old nephew took control and he was laughing hysterically. I guess its more situational for other users but indoors it flew even better than outdoors. 
Yeah its cheap, but for my experience the helicopter still work and I'm happy.I have had no issues with this product. It works the way they say it will and it seems to be fairly sturdy if you use it in the required environment, Inside without much air currents.. Also note that this is not a toy for small children because of the difficulty to operate. It is a challenge at first, but you get use to it and if you are in an indoors room, you should have no problems
